1. right to return goods

In accordance with consumer law, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.

Return Conditions:

• The goods must be complete, unused, in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) must be included with the shipment.
• Returns should be reported by email to: biuro@czesci-do-wag.pl.

Return costs:

• The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake.

2 Complaints

We accept complaints about defective goods or non-compliance of the order with the description.

How to make a claim?

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
2. Send photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.
3. If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the goods or refund the money.
